Intention of Reverse Migration and Diaspora Networks: Factors Influencing Reverse Migration Tendencies of High-Skilled Turks in Germany

چکیده
The study aims at revealing the remigration trends of skilled Turkish immigrants in Germany especially towards Turkey by examining international emigrational and factors that cause these trends. In this context study, a field was carried out between period 15/11/2018 30/04/2019, 1,127 participants, 451 students (40%), 676 graduates (60%) were reached across under fieldwork. logistic regression analysis used to analyze data via coefficients when interpreting continuous variables. Additionally, Odds Ratio (OR) values while categorical variables so differences reference categories revealed. According results research, who cannot economically integrate into country immigration face negative situations such as xenophobia looking for job tend return their countries. trend try follow developments countries, which keep relations with countries strong, is higher than other immigrants. addition, there are evaluation sociopolitical conditions besides migration tendencies complete socialization process own those end immigrant country.

Reverse Time Migration = Generalized Diffraction Stack Migration
The standard reverse-time migration (RTM) algorithm is usually described as zero-lag correlation of the backprojected data with the source wavefield. The data are back-projected by a finite-difference algorithm, where each trace acts as a source-time history of a point source at the geophone location. This is a simple and easily understood migration method, but appears inflexible to improvement...
متن کاملElastic Prestack , Reverse - Time Migration
Elastic prestack, reverse-time depth migration is applied to both synthetic data and four-component eld data from the Valhall area. Reverse-time extrapolation of the recorded multi-component data is by 2-D elastic nite di erence solution to the full wave equation. An eikonal solver is used to compute the acoustic traveltime from the source to the image points. By using horizontal inline and ver...
متن کاملReverse time shot-geophone migration
Shot-geophone migration, commonly accomplished using wavefield depth extrapolation (“survey sinking”), has a two way reverse time realization as well. The reverse time version permits imaging of overturned reflections. Shot-geophone migration differs from other prestack migrations in the definition of the prestack image volume which it creates. This difference is most clearly seen by identifyin...
متن کاملStable attenuation compensation in reverse-time migration
Attenuation in seismic wave propagation is a common cause for poor illumination of subsurface structures. Attempts to compensate for amplitude loss in seismic images by amplifying the wavefield may boost high-frequency components and create undesirable imaging artifacts. In this paper, rather than amplifying the wavefield directly, we develop a stable compensation operator using smooth division...
متن کاملMigration velocity analysis for nonlinear reverse-time migration
Nonlinear reverse-time migration is a modified reverse-time migration that accounts for the nonlinear relation between seismic data and model in order to image multiply scattered waves including multiples. The illumination of multiply scattered waves yields a representation of the Earth’s subsurface that is more sensitive to model parameters, which allows for advanced seismic interpretation. Th...
